Our stay with friends was perfect—we visited Beauval zoo and saw amazing pandas and elephants. The hotel is luxurious, tucked away in a beautiful forest, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. I recommend enjoying the peaceful grounds after a long day of exploring wineries and châteaux in the Loire Valley.

However, we faced a hiccup when trying to reserve a table at The Bistro. It was closed during our stay, and the main restaurant was fully booked, leaving us without dinner options.

We had an amazing time visiting Beauval zoo, where we saw pandas and elephants, making memories our kids will cherish. The grounds were beautiful, perfect for relaxing after exploring the nearby chateaux. Our family suite was spacious and well-suited for our large group.

The culinary experience was truly unforgettable. the two Michelin-starred restaurant served dishes that felt like art on a plate, with every bite bursting with flavor. I cannot rave enough about the lavish breakfast buffet, featuring homemade pastries and the freshest jams—what a delightful way to start each day!

The Superior Double Room was spacious and well-furnished, featuring modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar, which enhanced our stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of high-quality options. However, the bistro being closed during our visit created a dining dilemma—only the main restaurant was available, and it filled up quickly. We had to venture far for lunch, which was inconvenient. The reception staff's reluctance to accommodate special requests, like lighting the fireplace for room service, left much to be desired. It felt as if there was a disconnect in communication among the staff, leading to unnecessary frustrations. Despite these hiccups, the ambiance and location still made the stay pleasant, but the dining situation needs better planning and clearer communication for hotel guests.

The bistro was a great place to enjoy delicious regional specialties and the service was friendly like we were family! We also loved lounging in the grounds, it felt like paradise after those long days visiting Chateaux, very tranquil and beautiful.
